This book was not my type of book. I dont like the whole angel thing. But i am on a kick to start reading books i dont normally read to get some variety soo..... embrace it was...

In this book we met Violet Eden. She has just turned 17. All she wants in life is to be normal. To blend in and live her life like everyone else. Well Something happens to Ms. Violet when she turned 17 and now her life is far from normal. Violet finds out she is an Grigori, which for everyone who does not know what that is its half human half angel. Her destiny is now to protect the human race. we will spend most of the book listening to her whine and cry how she never wanted to be a grigori, she wants her normal life back. bluh bluh bluh... it does get dumb after a while and you really want to yell at the book...

We than met on of Violets finds Lincoln. Lincoln is older and has been hanging out with Violet after school, working out. Of course Violet has a crush on Linc and almost has the courage to tell Lincoln. But little does Violet know that Lincoln has secrets. Secrets that are bound to break them up for good. (can you see a love triangle coming?)

last but not least we meet Phoenix. He is an exiled angel who just so happens to be HOT. He has been showing up where Violet has been and has a crush on Violet and is making it quite known that he likes her. *(gasp, insert love triangle here)

yes lincoln is made that violet is hanging out with phoenix and of course phoenix gets mad when violet talk to lincoln. we are delt with this drama to through out the book....

then there is a big fight (thats all im saying so i dont ruin the book)

the ending is the most interesting exciting part... i want to quick the book a couple of times because i got bored and violet was annoying....
