Lies You Never Told Me alternates between separate narratives. We have Gabe who decides to break up with his overly possessive girlfriend, Sasha. He then falls for Catherine, who is quiet and shy and has a very controlling dad. Then we have Elyse, who auditions for the school play, gets the lead, falls in love with the drama teacher.

As the story develops we see that both Gabe and Elyse has made terrible choices. Sasha become psychotic and Elyse begins an affair with her teacher. Gabe is from a stable home and Elyse lives with her drug addicted mother. There is so much drama and the twist at the ending was a surprise, although I kind of suspected such as the story or stories unfolded.

this book has so much drama and so much suspense you just have to read it in one sitting because if not you cant stop thinking about what is going to happen next.
