i loved loved loved this book. cant wait for book 2 to be released!!!!!!!

In 1936, at an academy in the mountains that mogul Albert Ellingham founded/lived at, a girl was murdered and Albert's wife and daughter were kidnapped. The suspect(s) left a note, signed "Truly Devious".

Stephanie "Stevie" Bell gets accepted to Ellingham Academy because of her love of crime solving. Her particular dream is to solve the mystery surrounding the murders and kidnapping that happened at Ellingham in 1936. While she is there a fellow students dies and she must unravel whether it was an accident or something more sinister. The book follows two time lines, one following the events in 1936 and the other following Stevie's present day actions. The only things I didn't like about this book were the 3 last words "To be continued..."

I need the next book now!!!!
