BOOK REVIEW: The Surrogates

The SurrogatesThe Surrogates by Consuella Harris
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I got a copy of this book from the Author in exchange for an honest review.

I really really enjoyed this book! It was LONG, but very good. There were moments where I could not put the book down and was upset that I actually had to go to work….

The Surrogates is about three women who sign up to be surrogate mothers through a new agency. They were investigated, given psychological exams, physical exams, and deemed qualified to have children for the couples who are paying a LARGE chunk of money for their children. Crazy thing happens when 2 of the business men In charge of this agency are murdered. Well a Judge thinks that the men were murdered and call PI Keith Brown to look into the deaths. He was also told that he is allowed to write a book about this.

Keith goes and tracks down the surrogates and interviews them. All of them have a story to tell and it all seems to piece together as you read the book

Each of the surrogates had her own valid reasons for becoming a surrogate. They were all able to get on with their lives until years later it is discovered that one of the surrogates had twins and nobody had been told.

Did Keith Brown discover the mystery of the two men dying? Was it of natural causes--or was it murder?
