Allison, Spencer, Emily, Hanna, and Aria are all great friends. They hang out, go to school together, in the seventh grade and are completely irresistible.

The group has done their fair share of “bad” things and all have their own little secrets that only ms. Allison knows about.

So, when they have a slumber party right after 7th grade and Allison disappears, do the girl’s world come crashing down.

Hanna, the fat girl, losing weight and becomes complete gorgeous

Aria and her family move away to Europe and come back after 3 years to a whole different town and friends

Emily is the good girl on the swim team and does everything her family asks of her

Spencer is still trying to out due her perfect older sister and try to get the attention she deserves from her family.

But after 3 years of Allison being gone/disappeared, weird things start happening to the girls. Notes, text messages, IM’s all start appearing. All the messages are about the secrets that only Allison knew. Who is “A”? “ghosts” can’t send messages can they?

So I LOVE LOVED this book! I don’t think I would let a young girl reads this book because of all the sexual references in the book and a lot of the topics they talk about…probably high school reading…..
All in all… Im hooked and can’t wait to start the next book and see what happens.

Honestly I can’t stand spencer…..I love Aria, and totally routing for Emily to finally come out of the closet!
